DDC's clients can trust any one of our 50+ experienced, specially trained consultants to advise them on the appropriate DNA test for their situation, explain the testing process from beginning to end, arrange for a chain of custody DNA sample collection, and provide follow-up information at any time. Below are the DDC Service Managers for each DNA consultant department.

Dustyn
Family Relations Services
Dustyn is a member of the Family Relations Services Department at DDC—the first point of contact for our clients when they call DDC for a confidential case consultation. These case managers help potential clients decide if a DNA test meets their needs, and which DNA test is the most appropriate test for their unique circumstance. Dustyn’s team also explains the DNA testing process and answers any questions potential clients may have in a confidential, discreet and professional manner.
Dustyn first came to DDC in 2004. One of his strengths is his ability to make clients feel at ease, particularly because of the sometimes stressful situation we find our clients in. “I definitely want our clients to feel comfortable,” Dustyn says. “Most know what DNA testing is, but going through the process can be a little intimidating.”
In his free time, Dustyn likes to spend time at amusement parks with his wife and young son. He also enjoys playing sports, such as basketball and softball. |

Amy
Scheduling Department
Amy is a member of DDC’s Scheduling Department—the team that schedules DNA collection appointments for our clients at one of our 2500 locations nationwide. Amy and her team assist clients after they have spoken with a case manager and have decided to schedule a DNA test with DDC.
She helps clients select the most convenient appointment location and time that fits their schedule, and ensures that each client understands exactly what the cheek swab process will be like after they arrive at the collection site. Amy routinely schedules different appointments for the same test if the mother and alleged father live in different states or even different countries. Her team also works with military personnel who may only be on leave for days or weeks, and can help clients with other unique time constraints like pregnancy development for prenatal cases, or passport or visa deadlines for immigration cases.
Amy has worked at DNA Diagnostics Center for 10 years. Since she was hired, Amy says that one of the biggest changes she has seen within DDC is the increase in wide variety of DNA tests we offer our clients to suit any of their DNA testing needs. She does her best to earn each client’s trust by assuring them that she will help in any way she can throughout the testing process.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three children. |

Jason
Client Service
Jason is a member of the Client Service Department. His team assists our clients after they have scheduled their DNA collection appointment. Always prepared to serve our clients so that the DNA testing process is as easy and stress-free as possible, his team answer clients’ questions about everything from initial appointment paperwork to results interpretation.
Jason has worked for DDC for just over a year. His previous experience in a mental health crisis care center has translated into an ability to empathize with clients during what can be a very emotional time in our clients’ lives. “I believe that great customer service is imperative for giving our clients the care and concern they deserve,” he says. “I have the opportunity to help create a culture where our clients are treated with great respect and professionalism."
In his free time, Jason enjoys running and spending time with his wife and two children. |
