The Company, located in Fairfield, Ohio, is seeking high-energy, sales driven professionals with a track record of success to join the outside Sales Team. DDC is seeking the best candidates who are goal-oriented, self-motivated professionals with demonstrated sales and retention skills and have experience in numerous sales strategies and methods.
Account Executive Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of 3 years outside sales experience and proven track record
- Requires the ability to develop and retain client relationships
- Requires attendance of outside conferences to gain information and understanding of industry.
- Requires a team oriented approach to sales and marketing
- Requires effective verbal and written communication skills
- Requires a highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Requires up to 40% travel
This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Salary includes base plus yearly incentive based upon sales and performance. Industry experience and knowledge of laboratory procedures a plus.
